I have lost all faith in the 'System'

Michael Coombes was today sentenced for 30 months and banned from driving for 3 years for the death of William.
He will probably serve only 12 - 15 months.
I am stunned to the depth of my soul and I cannot bear to think how Williams family are feeling at the moment.
Coombes denied all guilt and has behaved in a disgusting manner towards William and his family.
Meanwhile Louise and Simon have held their heads high and fought for justice, keeping their faith in the British Judicial System.
Today they have been let down and my heart is broken for them.

A little behind....

But I think we are slowly getting there.

What with work, boys, school, house and Steve I seem to have little or no time recently to craft or blog.

Having said that though I have decided that I really really must get some Christmas cards started and as I have a large amount of seasonal stash I am determined to use what I have first rather than buy new stuff :)

At the weekend George finally got to play in his first rugby match. This is something he has wanted to do since he was about two years old and boy is he loving it. Only trouble is that our Sundays will now be dedicated to this. Oh well the club do fab bacon butties and hot coffee so there are some advantages ;)

It was my Birthday :)

Regular readers of my little blog may remember that last year on my birthday my foot was in plaster which made for a bit of a damp squib of a day. But this year .....omg my boys spoilt me rotten - they really did.

On my list was a Wii Fit which I was lucky enough to have but what I didn't know was that my lovely hubs had bought this pink little beauty!!!!! How shocked was I???? Well that shocked that I cried :)

I also had some lovely pressies from friends and then some money from family which will be spent on my girlie weekend in Cheltenham next month.

So I had a fabby day - thank you to everyone who made it special xxxxxx
